  4. Start your system and go the ‘All programs’ then click on the accessories and click run. Type “Regedit” then press OK. If you are prompted to the administrator password and to confirmation type the password and hit on the Allow tab. Look for the navigation panel and write this key; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSETCONTROL\CLASS\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} Go to the right panel and click Upper filter than on the edit menu click delete after this press ok to confirm. Again go to the right panel and click Lower filter than on the edit menu click delete and press ok to confirm. Take an exit for registry editor. And finally, restart your system.
