  11. Performance of recently supplied TeracomWiFi CPEs 1. Report from Alleppey SSA Modem is wkg, but the Wi Fi working of the modem is not upto the mark. Signal is very feeble. 2. Report from Ernakulam SSA (SDE Mattancherry) Among few modems supplied 4 modems had gone faulty within few weeks of installation. 2 modems returned back with no Wi Fi coverage. In some modems frequent Wi FI Cut off. The performance of WI Fi is not up to the mark. 3. Report from Trivandrum SSA There is problem in Wi Fi range. 4. Report from the other SSAs awaited

  12. Action taken by the SSAs for utilizing the modems supplied may kindly be discussed.Instructions may kindly be given for sending the details on utilisation, recovery and requirement of CPEs ,
