  2. Plans for the semester • Market events hosted by other members of the class to improve turnout and raise awareness. • Handout fliers, put down sidewalk chalk and use social media to spread word of upcoming events. • Get up to 4 groups to help market their events around campus so they can focus more on getting the event set up.

  3. Roles • Alan Benacquisto- Meeting with groups, handing out fliers • Christopher Battie- Meeting with groups, handing out fliers • Anthony Lauderdale- Designing the fliers • Samuel Cherry- Designing the fliers • Gardner Michel- Passing out fliers • Jamie Calabrese- Passing out fliers • Anne Marie Pollitt- Social media distribution

  4. DATES and TIMES • BY 2/21: Meet with groups and finalize what they will need for upcoming events • BY 2/28: Begin Helping groups with what they need to get the word out • BY 3/07: Continue distribution for groups • BY 3/14: Begin wrapping up marketing and begin evaluation of results

  5. Measuring Success • Our plan for measuring success will be to gather random • surveys after the events regarding to how the person • who attended heard of the event. We would like to • improve turnout by at least 25% for the events and we • will do this by calculating the percentages acquired by • the survey and check the percentage increased through • our marketing.

  6. Other Groups • Currently we are talking to two groups who we will be marketing for. • We would like to get in contact with two more by next Friday and find out what will need to be done. • Contact: Alan Benacquisto or Chris Battie if you would like to have your event marketed this semester.
