  7. Class, Size • Second grade: 80 students/4 classes • Mrs. Cooper’s Classroom: 16 white, 1 African American, 1 Russian • Breakdown: • Tier 1: 8 students (core) • Tier 2: 1 students (one intervention) • Tier 3: 5 students (two interventions) • Tier 4 : 4 students (special education/ESOL/gateway)
