How • Utilize at-scale characteristics: • Promote integrated, systems-approach • Work at multiple levels • Work with multiple stakeholders • Work on multiple interventions • Focus on behavior first • Address three key hygiene practices: • Safe feces disposal • Hand washing • Safe storage and treatment of water at point-of-use • Determine appropriate size/geography needed
