Vehicle specs are the only unknown at present. Bomb Squad has also been approved for ~$92K training allocation via DHSEM/SHSGP (FY08) that includes OT, backfill and follow-on training. Bomb Squad expresses its eternal gratefulness to the brave tree-killing bureaucrats of OEM.
