  4. HEBCA/USHER Synergy HEBCA (EDUCAUSE) and USHER (Internet2) cooperating to minimize costs and time to production All parties have agreed, contracts in the works Sharing (to the greatest extent possible): Policy and processes Staff Servers Software and implementation Both hosted at Dartmouth
