Vision • Provide cross training in computers and public health issues to children and other interested parties at the local level. • Provide skills that are marketable. • Retrain local labor to provide high value job skills. • Develop an awareness of public health issues by training the children. • Provide a mechanism to distribute healthcare. • Develop data base for tracking data of local and regional interest.

  4. Program Development • Imitate a forum to solicited input and mine the experience of similar programs. • Develop public/private team to implement program. • Identify location for pilot. • Develop relationship with and gain input from local stakeholders – schools, religious center, medical services. • Secure funding.
