    6. NSP Distribution Plan Program Requirements “Grantee must select a target area with a foreclosure need score that is greater than the minimum need score for the State.” Map shows all eligible areas. Area “need” cost will be considered in project review

Properties vs. Units Proximity of investments May also reference other neighborhood investments in same target area.
