  2. Entry Responsibility • Managed Directly by ACA • National Championships • NorAm (3 weeks prior to 1st TC) • All out of country entries – including UNI • Managed by Province • Club & Provincial races ALL PULLS MUST BE RECEIVED 5 DAYS OUT FROM 1ST TC MEETING

  3. Travel Letters • Alpine Canada Alpin does not write travel letters. ALL entries are submitted by ACA directly • Please collect & forward any Canadian or Provincial Travel Letters to Jenn Duggan if you see one at an event • Foreign Entries • Direct from federation • Travel letter

  4. Insurance Documentation • Proof of Insurance Certificates are forwarded to each Province in November for all FIS calendared events in Canada • The standard COI does not list any additional insured • Requests for specific COI’s must be submitted 2 weeks in advance to ACA www.canski.org/insurance

  6. CCES Drug Testing • Communication protocol through NSO • Doping Control Officer through the NSO will provide the ROC and TD with contact info 1 week prior • ROC to provide chaperones, facilities, and water • Who should you contact in the event CCES shows up without notice
