  3. Two sides of the Cold War • NATO- it has the north treaty organization. The countries included USA, France, Great Britain, and West Germany. • This has CAPITALISM • WARSOW PACT- it has the pro Soviet countries such as the USSR and all of the countries by the USSR • This is COMMUNISM

  5. Basic Information • The Cold War was a war between communist and non-communist. The non- communist and the communist didn’t trust each other. • The Cold War was a time after World War 2 when the USA and the soviet union were rivals for world influence.

  6. Causes of the Cold War • American fear of communist attack • Truman’s dislike of stalin • USSR’s fear of the American’s atomic bomb • USSR’s dislike of capitalizm • USSR’s actions in the soviet zone of germany • America’s refusal to share nuclear secrets
