  6. Tajikistan Education Access: Pre-university • Primary and lower secondary enrollments have increased almost to capacity. • Upper secondary enrollments are increasing at the same rate (11%) but have managed to attain just over 50% enrollment. Source: UNESCO Institute for Statistics
