  • For ourproject on Wednesday, March, the 14th, weinterviewedshopkeepers in different parts of Tarbes.

  • Seperated by small groups of 4 or 5, wewent to different places chosen by importance (the local market,the main street Maréchal Foch).

  • Aim: to interview shopkeepers about creation date, the mostpopularproducts, averageprices and theirpersonal opinion about the New Marcadieumarket square.
