LOG-IN PAGE • You can access GetThere at: http://wcp.getthere.net/tandtonline • The user name is your TJC/JCR email address, ie: jsmith@jointcommission.org jsmith@jcrinc.com • The default password is “travel”. Once you have created your own password, it will remain permanently until you change it.

  3. PROFILE • TJC & JCR travelers are required to maintain their own profiles • Each link pertains to information specific to your needs

PROFILE SETTINGSPersonal Information • Complete information with an (*) • Must complete TSA information: • Gender • Date of birth (Tickets without this information will not be issued) • Do not change: • Employee ID # • Home Cost Center • Account Code • Trip Cost Center • Contact the site administrator if changes are required • Include multiple phone numbers including cell phone • Click Save to retain all information

PROFILE SETTINGSChange PasswordEmail Settings • Go to Change Password to change your GetThere password. • This password is not the same as your TJC or JCR network password. ------------------------------------ • You must have a permanent email address stored in My Email Address to receive travel itineraries. • You may store additional email addresses to receive all itineraries. • For JCR travelers only, do not remove the jcritineraries@jcrinc.com email address.

PROFILE SETTINGSCREDIT CARDS • Go to this section to: • Select your company credit card for Airfare • Add your personal credit card for Hotel Guarantee • Click Add Charge Card to add a Hotel Guarantee (see next slide) • Click drop-down box for Airfare Charge Card. Select the company you work for • Click Save • Read the following slides before adding your credit card information. This is a 2-step process. Both steps must be completed to ensure the credit card information is displayed correctly.

  7. ADD CHARGE CARDHotel Guarantee • Type HOTEL GUARANTEE for card name • Complete information with an (*) • Click Save

  8. ADD CHARGE CARDSave Payment Settings • This is the response you receive when you add a HOTEL GUARANTEE. This saves your personal credit card number. • Go to payment settings. • Select your company for the Airfare credit card. (TJC / JCR / CTH) • Select HOTEL GUARANTEE for your hotel credit card • Click Save ------------------------------------------------------ • You will receive a message advising you have successfully saved your payment settings. • Your credit card settings should have: • A company credit card for Airfare (company name only) AND • A HOTEL GUARANTEE

TRAVELER PREFERENCESFREQUENT TRAVELER PROGRAMS • Click Add Frequent Traveler Program to add: • Airline membership numbers • Rental car membership numbers • Hotel program membership numbers --------------------------------------------- • Click Program Type: • Airline • Car Rental • Hotel • Select Vendor • Enter account number • Click Save

TRAVEL PREFERENCESFlight PreferencesPassport & Visa • Input 3-letter airport code for Home Airport • Click Find city/airport if you do not know your home airport code • Indicate seat preference • Indicate meal preference • If you require a specific meal (most airlines do not offer meals on domestic flights) ---------------------------------- • Input Passport or Visa information • This information is not required

  11. TRAVEL PREFERENCESHotel PreferencesCar Preferences • Do not select Preferred Hotels – this will limit the hotels displayed • Select up to 3 special requests for hotels. These requests will appear in all hotel selections. ---------------------------------------------- • Select Intermediate for Car Type. This is a TJC and JCR standard. • Do not select Preferred Car Agencies. The TJC & JCR preferred car companies are Hertz and National. • Select up to 3 special requests for cars. These requests will appear in all car selections.
