TKE Objectives from SP00 • To create and foster an environment of brotherhood and cooperative learning • To teach hands-on leadership skills through offices and execution of various projects • To provide an atmosphere for personal growth and development through retreats and leadership programs • To interact with the campus socially through parties and other such events

TKE Objectives (cont’d) • To recruit high quality members willing to grow and develop in a fraternal atmosphere • To provide opportunities for alumni to be a part of the active chapter • To compete in IMs and other activities • To maintain a high standard of excellence in academics • To become the best student organization on campus

  5. TKE Fall 2000 TKE must make a name for ourselves on campus. Our events must project the name we want to pursue. Our general reputation should be that we are a gentlemen’s fraternity that builds the qualities needed to succeed in today’s world. Or more concisely, we are the cool fraternity.

  8. Long Term Goals To thrive at Washington University as a 50+ man chapter which truly exemplifies the meaning of Fraternity as well as the attributes of Tau Kappa Epsilon.

Methodology • Refine the body of men in the chapter and TKE Rushees through an aggressive Membership Quality Board • Make TKE the final authority on Fraternity life through an aggressive Public Relations program • Create a rush pool based on the strongest freshman available through a Triangle Achievement Scholarship Program
