Find out what are the causes and available options to help ease the symptoms of Tinnitus. • Reservations Send an email with your name and contact information to: dsdhhregistration@utah.gov or call the Front Desk at 801-263-4860. The last day to register is May 11, 2012. The presentation will be in spoken English. FM assistive listening devices, real-time captioning (CART) and ASL interpreters will be provided. If any other ADA accommodations are needed, request at the time of registration.
