Se plantea el diseño y creación de un sistema de información departamental, que se caracterice por permitir integrar y depurar información de las diferentes fuentes o sistemas de información que se posea, para luego procesar los datos y permitir un análisis desde diferentes perspectivas teniendo como característica especial la espacialización de la información. UNA IDE……

Este sistema se debe caracterizar por ser un integrador y no pretende reemplazar, ni administrar los sistemas misionales de cada dependencia o dirección, pero si debe permitir integrar en una estructura consistente que satisfaga las necesidades de los usuarios la información final y depurada.
