  2. If you take a job as a New IRT… You will learn how to decipher the ever changing and growing acronyms list. CCSS, PEPs, SIP, EASi, TC, RtI, EVAAS,etc.

  3. Once you get the acronyms down… You get to lead staff development on - LL (Letterland) CASE 21 RttT CCSS PM AIMS WEB MCLASS CMAPP EOG DORF RtI PEPs IEPs PDPs

  4. When you lead staff development… You get to practice the following skills – Crucial Conversations/Confrontations… ooh! Happy Hooking  Ships Passing in the Night Spray and Pray (Train the Trainer) Fidelity

  5. You get to practice the following skills… Relationship building and Buying chocolate and tissues in bulk

  6. While we are shopping (not using the p-card) for chocolate and tissues… Your principal will buy you an iPad so that you can be accessible every hour, every minute, every second of 180 days… plus weekends and snowdays

  7. If you give New IRTs iPads… They won’t have time to check their email because they are at “PM” training… 

  8. Because they didn’t check email… They will have LOTS of questions…

  9. Because they have lots of questions… They will send emails to all other IRTs on the public group list… LOTS OF RED IN THE INBOX!

  10. Because the public group list includes ALL of Academics… It fills up EVERYONE’s inboxes…

  11. Since everyone’s inbox is full… Mr. Overman has to create a new public group list for IRTs called…

  12. IRT-SHARE… Now that we have IRT-share we can find out all about…

  13. What we don’t know ??????? Which is almost everything… But we have each other  (And the new IRT-share email group)
