Know Your IBM What is it??? • Know Your IBM is a Business Partner loyalty program that awards you points for successful completion of e-learning modules and reporting your sales of qualifying products! • Each point is equal to $0.25 (i.e. 400 points = $100). • Points are awarded to the individual BP rep – not the BP firm!!! • Every sales rep at a firm can participate in Know Your IBM program. • Points can be redeemed on our completely redesigned Rewards site. • The more you learn, the more you sell, the more you can earn via Know Your IBM!!!

Know Your IBM Know Your IBM – Learn & Earn • Earn points for successful completion of a wide selection of e-learning modules. • STG – System x, Storage, Power • SWG – IM, Tivoli, Lotus • IGF • IGS • Cross-Sell Solutions • Designed to take 20 minutes or less to complete. • Available 24/7/365. • Focus of Key Selling messages with links to more in depth education. • You must complete at least one e-learning module before you are eligible to earn points for your qualifying sales. • Complete all of the modules to increase your knowledge and skills while maximizing your earnings. Complete 3 modules in an hour and earn 150 pts. ($37.50)

Know Your IBM Know Your IBM – Sell & Earn • Earn points for recording sales of qualifying products featuring System x, System Storage, Express Products and Power Systems, IGS, IGF • Reporting sales is quick & easy – it literally takes seconds to report a sale!!! • Points are assigned per product and are listed on the web site. • Check out the eligible product list and report all eligible sales to maximize your earnings! • Report your Sales in accordance to the schedule on the website

Sign in with your PartnerWorld ID and Password. Sales must be reported within the timeframe detailed on the Web site.   11. Know Your IBM Instructions on how to Sign the 2009 Know Your IBM Agreement • Please have an APA (authorized profile administrator) follow these steps to sign the KYI Agreement. • 1. Go to www.ibm.com/partnerworld • 2. On this page click on Member sign-in • 3. On this page sign in using your IBM ID and password. • 4. On this page on the right hand side click on Update your profile. • 5. On this page click on Update your company profile. • 6. On this page click on manage pending agreements. • 7. On this page under Country enterprise agreements click on the company's name next to the Know Your IBM agreement. • For additional assistance contact PartnerWorld Contact Services Log into Know Your IBM • Go to http://www.ibm.com/partnerworld/knowyouribm • Sign in with your IBM ID and Password • Click on the Know Your IBM program • Track your progress and redeem rewards online
