  3. Roles of Users Hidaya Foundation US Project Manager: Hidaya Trust CFO Manager: Hidaya Trust District Operations Manager & Sadaqah / Aqiqah Project Manager:

Hidaya Foundation US Project Manager: Functions performed by US Project Manager are 1) Add Donation On this page user(US Project Manager) will enter donations by filling all fields, if user click the add more button there should be a duplicate row created for entering more than one donations at a time and delete link also so that user can delete particular row if he mistakenly click add more button. After filling the form user will click save button and the donation will be stored in database and can be assigned to countries (see next slide)

  5. 2) Assign donation On this page user(US Project Manager) will view all the donations that are added by US project manager, and assign these donations by filling following form field (mentioned with red oval). • Select check box • Country • Date After filling all these fields user will click Assign Donation, and that particular donation will be assigned to selected country.

  6. 3) View Completed Donations On this page user(US Project Manager) will view all the donations that are completed by Hidaya Trust District Operations Manager & Sadaqah / Aqiqah Project, and perform following tasks. • Generate Report in excel format by clicking reporting icon. • Update donor name and email • Send email to donor for donation completion information

  7. 4) View Incomplete Donations On this page user(US Project Manager) will view all the donations that are under process and have not been completed by CFO Manager or District Operations Manager & Sadaqah / Aqiqah Project. This shows that user(US Project Manager) have not assigned this particular donation to any country, that’s why showing null value.

  8. 5) Search And Reports On this page user(US Project Manager) will generate report by dropdown list below Option 1.Date Of Donation 2.Donor Name 3.Donation ID 4.Donor Email 5.Name Of Village Of Distribution 6. Date Of Completion Confirmation

  15. Hidaya Trust CFO Manager: Functions performed by CFO Manager are 1) View Donation On this page (CFO Manager) view all the donations that are assigned by US Manager to CFO Manager.

  16. 2) Send Donation On this page (CFO Manager) will assign donations to particular district by filling some fields these fields are encircled.

  17. 3) View District Donation On this page (CFO Manager) will view donations by selecting particular district.

  18. 4) Completed Donation On this page (CFO Manager) will view all the donations which are completed by District Project Manager.

  19. 5) Search And Reports Search and report functionality is same as given in previous slides

  20. Hidaya Trust District Operations Manager & Sadaqah / Aqiqah Project Manager Functions performed by District Operation Manager 1) View Donation On this page (District Operation Manager) will view donations which are assigned by CFO Manager.
