  3. General Conditions of Recognition • Published by Ofqual in May 2011 • Effective July 2011 • Affects all awarding organisations • Move from regulating qualifications to awarding organisations • Awarding Organisation’s Governing Body makes Statement of Compliance by Friday 18th May 2012
