  7. Directions: Your assignment is to work within your assigned group to create a campaign commercial for the 1948 Presidential Election. This commercial should focus on the incumbent, President Truman. Your commercial may be designed to promote or denounce President Truman. Your presentations are to be 2-3 minutes long, include multiple issues of the election, and should include multiple candidates. Preparedness, enthusiasm, volume, and use of class time will also be considered in the grading process. Each group member, except the writer will have at least one line in the commercial. Use your textbooks and other credible sources to find information for your commercial.
