Possible Way Forward • To focus initially at the 'Expert' level. • SERA to be brought under the umbrella of the EDA • To establish a database of training and education currently available. • To develop a common intercultural awareness module/course • To introduce a virtual learning package by 2011. • To approve the top-level EAC framework as the reference for co-operative training and educational needs • To establish recognition of the training and education provided. • To define the governance arrangements
