  1. Business Communication Etiquette Communication is an imperative part of running a business. Business communication etiquette can help cast a good impression on clients and stakeholders. When on a business call, be precise about the subject of conversation at the starting of a call. Also, inform the other party before putting them on hold or speaker. Phone 1 Use professional email address with your business name, avoid replying all on an email unless it is really necessary, and use professional language. Email 2 Instant Messaging Be precise, avoid abbreviations and keep the message short. Prefer email or phone call in case of longer messages. 3 Video Calls Dress appropriately and choose a quiet area with proper network connection. Always look directly at the camera/screen while conversing.  4 Be punctual, prepare well for the points you need to discuss, & be respectful even in case of a conflict.
