KEY FEATURES • VESSEL IS OCCUPIED WITH FULLY AUTOMATIC SYSTEM IN SUCH A WAY THAT 4 CREW CAN OPERATE THE VESSEL MANEUVERING AND CARGO LOADING/DISCHARGING. • MANEUVERING • MTCS ( MULTI THRUSTER CONTROL SYSTEM) IS AVAILABLE FOR EASY MANEUVERING AS 2 MAIN AZIMUTH THRUSTER AND 1 SALLOW DRAFT THRUSTER ARE CONTROLLED SIMULATANEOUSLY BY SINGLE JOY STICK CONTROL. • VOYAGE • BOTH AZIMUTH THRUSTER ARE OPERATED INDEPENDENTLY FROM CONTROL LOCATED IN WHEEL HOUSE PANEL. IN ADDITION BOTH THE THRUSTER CAN BE SYNCHRONIZED AND CAN BE OPERATED FROM A SINGLE JOY STICK. • ALL PUMPS, CARGO & BALLAST SYSTEM VALVES, HOSE HANDLING CRANE ALONG WITH ALL SHIP AUXILLARY EQUIPMENTS CAN BE CONTROLLED & MONITORED FROM BRIDGE CARGO CONSOLE DURING LOADING/DISCHARGING OPERATION OF CARGO.

HIGH & HIGH HIGH LEVEL ALARM. • INSIDE EACH CARGO TANK INSPECTION GANGWAY IS PROVIDED. • EACH TANK CONSITS OF MAIN 2 PIPE LINES ONE FOR FILLING AND ONE FOR STRIPPING. • ALL THE VALVES FOR CARGO AND BALLAST ARE HYDRAULIC OPERATED FROM LOCAL(BY CONNECTING HAND PUMP WITH VALVE POSITION INDICATOR ON MAIN DECK) AND REMOTE (AUTOMATION SYSTEM). • ALL CARGO AND BALLAST OPERATION CAN BE PERFORMED FROM BRIDGE (CARGO CONSOLE) AND ENGINE CONTROL ROOM. • ALL THE SUCTION PIPE INSIDE CARGO TANKS ARE FITTED WITH ROSE BOXES.

  11. CARGO OPERATION PUMP OPERATION :- • ALL THE PUMP OPERATION START/STOP CAN BE PERFORMED FROM LOCAL/CONTROL PANEL/ BRIDGE AUTOMATION PANELS. ALSO CARGO PUMPS CAN BE OPERATED SIMULATANOUSLY WITH SHIP LOAD. HOWEVER, FOR THIS SHAFT ALTERNATORS ARE REQUIRED WITH SYNCHRONIZING. • 2 HFO PUMPS ARE VARIABLE SPEED AND 1 NO IS DUAL SPEED. • 2 MGO PUMPS ARE DUAL SPEED. • 1 NO OF STRIPPING PUMP. • ALL PUMPS EMERGENCY STOPS LOCATED AT MANIFOLD, PUMP ROOM ENTRANCE, W/H, AND CONTROL ROOM. • ODME (OIL DISCHARGE MONITORING EQUIPMENT) SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE. FOR AUTOMATIC BILGE OIL DISCHARGE TO OUTBOARD. BRIDGE CARGO CONSOLE:- . 2 NOS OF SIMILAR MONITORS ARE AVAILABLE WITH 100% REDUNDANCY FOR CARGO OPERATION, & MONITORING OF SHIP EQUIPMENTS. • PUMP SUCTION/ DISCHARGE PRESSURE AND BEARING TEMPRATURE DETAILS CAN BE MONITORED FROM AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BRIDGE CARGO CONSOLE & CONTROL ROOM). • FLOW RATE CAN ALSO BE MONITORED FROM BRIDGE CARGO CONSOLE AND CONTROL ROOM. • ALL CARGO & BALLAST TANKS LEVEL CAN BE MONITORED. • VESSEL DRAFT IS ALSO MONITORED. • CARGO HOSE HANDLING CRANE CAN BE OPERATED FROM BRIDGE CARGO CONSOLE WITH RADIO REMOTE. ( RANGE APPROX 70 MTR). • ALL SHIP PUMPS, VENTILATION FANS, FIRE DAMPER CAN BE OPERATED. VALVES OPERATION:- • ALL THE VALVES FOR CARGO AND BALLAST ARE HYDRAULIC OPERATED FROM LOCAL(BY CONNECTING HAND PUMP WITH VALVE POSITION INDICATOR ON MAIN DECK) AND REMOTE (AUTOMATION SYSTEM. • ALL CARGO AND BALLAST OPERATION CAN BE PERFORMED FROM BRIDGE (CARGO CONSOLE) AND ENGINE CONTROL ROOM. • ALL THE VALVES INSIDE TANKS ARE GATE VALVES. • ALL VALVES INSIDE PUMP ROOM ARE BUTTERFLY TYPE.
