Career Services as they apply to the On-Campus Recruiting process Services for On-Campus Recruiting through the CMC: • Population: • ≤ 8 years experience • Career stage: • Entry-level MBA • Timing: • March: Sign-up • April – Aug: Preparation • Sept – Nov: Interviews • May – Sept: Position Start Date

  13. What is on-campus recruiting? Companies with structured MBA hiring process targeting graduating students • Companies post positions with CMC • Jobs are entry level MBA positions • Typically looking for 0-6 years experience Typical positions: • Finance – Financial Analyst • Management Consulting – Senior Consultant or Associate • Marketing – Assistant Brand Manager or Marketing Research Analyst Companies select candidates to interview • Interviews can be on or off-campus The recruiting cycle begins in the Fall and position start date is typically the summer after graduation

What is the recruiting cycle? • The recruiting cycle refers to the timeline that the employers (with structured MBA hiring programs) have typically used to attract, select and interview candidates. What is required to participate in On-Campus Recruiting? • Use the “Evening MBA Checklist for On-Campus Recruiting” to ensure you meet the required deadlines and complete the required workshops/assignments: • Attend Resume Workshop on Saturday, March 20th • E-mail Amy Bentley with your resume by Thursday, April 1st • Read CMC student policy and guidelines • Sign and submit required forms to CMC • CMC Student Policy Acceptance Form • Personal or Employer waiver form • Complete the OCR Entrance Survey by Sunday, April 18th • Attend mandatory workshops and submit required assignments • Complete an Alumni Mock Interview on Saturday, July 31st
