  3. LADfKP Was set up under a UNAIDS project to provide FREECONFIDENTIALlegal assistance to Key Populations in Ghana as part the UNAIDS support to the HIV and AIDS national response. The desk started in January, 2013 and ended in October, 2013.

How does the LADfKP work Walk into our office/ call the desk Meet legal team and human rights officers who will hear your complaint The legal team will advice on the next course of action(eg, initiate investigation, file cases in court, conduct a mediation,, provide representation and make referrals if appropriate) Some legal fees may be waived upon assessment of reported case

  7. The way forward LADfKP has been attached to the Human Rights Clinic of HRAC to continue providing the service Funding to continue education Involving KPs to do Legal Work
