  3. Crowdsourcing Jake Tapper of ABC News: A health insurance company raised its premiums in California, affecting thousands of people. He sent a tweet out to his followers, asking if any of them were members. @lemoneyes tweeted she was. He followed her, got her information through DM, emailed her, verified her situation and sent a camera crew to her. “The next morning she was on ABC's Good Morning America. There is no way I could have done that before.”
