  1. Ingredients (serves 4) 1 tin of tuna in sunflower oil 1 small tin of pineapple rings in juice – chopped up 1 small tin of sweet corn 2 big spoonfuls of mayonnaise 1 red pepper – cut into small pieces 3 spring onions – chopped up into small pieces 1 tomato – chopped up into small pieces 500g of pasta A little bit of salt and pepper How to make it ALWAYS GET AN ADULT TO HELP YOU Bring a pan of water up to the boil with a little bit of salt and a splosh of oil to stop the pasta sticking together Put the pasta carefully into the water and bring back to a gentle simmer. Cook until the pasta is soft. Drain the pasta into a big sieve and pour hot water from the kettle over it to remove the starch. Give it a shake and put it into a big bowl, then plonk all the other ingredients on top. Give it all a stir and serve in big soup bowls with the pineapple juice to drink. ALWAYS… Ask an adult to help. Listen to instructions. Wash your hands before you start cooking. Use sharp implements properly and keep your fingers away from the cutting edges. Firmly hold the handle of your pan when adding anything including a spoon. Follow the recipe. Check you have all the ingredients before you begin. Think about what you are going to do before you do it. Use the correct tools to serve the food. NEVER… Stand on anything to cook. Walk off and leave things cooking. Carry sharp or hot objects around the kitchen. Touch anything to see if it is either hot or sharp. Fool around in the kitchen. Run in the kitchen. Fill a pan more than half way. Lift anything that you think might be too heavy for you. For video tips on cooking with children please go to www.delishack.com Tuna Pasta Kitchen Rules
