  22. Eating together is one of the most intimate activities families and couples can do together.

  23. Eat in the same area (together). Eat at least two meals a week together. Ideally, it should be at least once a day. Meal times is a time for intense sharing. Always include the children. Meal Time Guidelines

  26. It means everyone sleeping in the same house. Not in grandma’s house. It means husband and wife sleeping in the same bed. It means parents not going to sleep while their children watch TV. It means having a healthy time to go to bed. Sleeping Together

  28. There must be a deliberate, intentional effort to keep Christ at the center of the home.

  30. Characteristics of Happy/Stable Relationships/Families 1.Happy/stable couples realize a good relationship/family is not a gift but it is an achievement. Every relationship, left up to natural instincts will self-destruct. Because a relationship is a living organism it can’t self-regulate and self-maintain.

  32. Is your family a haven of rest? Does each family member look forward to coming home at the end of the work day? Do you have a set time to commune with God as a family.
