  1. Software Update Subscription Email Subscription

  2. Cisco Support Home • Go to http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/support/index.html • Click “Cisco Notification Service” under Tools in the bottom left • You should be logged into Cisco.com with your Cisco ID

Cisco Notification Services • Click “Add Notification” • Give the notification a name, such as “CIAC Updates” • Either select Email with Links and Summaries or Links only • To avoid spam, probably best to select weekly or monthly summary • Input the email address to receive the updates • Click Continue • NOTE: Once you create one, you can make copies of it if you need to send to multiple email addresses

  4. Selections • Select “Product Centric” , click Next • On the topic page -> Select > Products > Network Management and Automation > Data Center Management and Automation > Process Automation • Select “Cisco Process Orchestrator” • Click Continue

  5. Sub-Topics • Select “Software Updates”. You can also select “Known Bugs” if you like • Click continue • On the next screen, select “Cisco Tidal Enterprise Orchestrator Base Product” • Select “Tidal Enterprise Orchestrator Product Install” and “Any” for the software version • Click Continue • If you want updates on Content Updates and Hotfixes, click “Add Another Subtopic”. Select “Software Updates” again, click Continue. Select the Same model as above, but then select either Updates or Hotfixes, again selecting “Any” for software. Click Continue. • If you want all updates on the CPO part of CIAC, the next screen shows that

  6. Adding the Portal Component • From the previous screen click “Add Another Topic” • Select Product Centric • Select Products > Network Management and Automation > Data Center Management and Automation > Intelligent Automation > Cisco Cloud Portal • Click Continue

  7. Adding Topics • Select Software Updates, click Continue • Select Product Install • Suggested that you select ALL so you get future releases, but you might see extra information about older releases • Just as with Orchestrator, you can go back and add Sub-topics for the other software types

  8. If you have TSP/CSP or other parts • Again, click Add Another Topic • Follow the previous procedure to add new software topics • TSP/CSP is under Select Products > Network Management and Automation > Data Center Management and Automation > Intelligent Automation > Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud • TSP/CSP has two sub-topics in install and patches, add both if wanted • The complete setup would look like the next slide

  9. Finish and More Help • If you need to add more software updates, continue to follow the procedure previous • The email subscription is good for 1 year – you can renew by clicking the “Renew” button • If/when the content for CPO releases on a different schedule than the core CPO product, you would want to add that to your email subscription • Updates and news are also posted on the Cisco Support Forums @ https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/data-center/intelligent_automation - Customer should *always* check and post out here • Customers can also view help on general Cisco Notifications @ http://www.cisco.com/web/tsweb/help/cns-help.html and http://www.cisco.com/web/tsweb/flash/support/ngw/cisco_support_cns.html
