Accomplishments to Date: • Self-assessment completed • Submitted to ODE on 11/19/2012 • Comprehensive Achievement Plan (CAP) completed (draft form pending approval) • Submitted to ODE on 12/21/2012 • A larger committee was recruited to help create our CAP • Tina Acker, Principal • Gina Rolleto, Assistant Principal • Joyce Smith-Johnson, Leadership Coach • Fabian Mak, Middle School Math/Science • Emily Markewitz, Elementary • Tina Bruce, Elementary • Karanja Crews, Elementary • Melissa Schachner, RTI Coordinator • Elizabeth Thiel, Middle School LA/SS, RTI

What’s up Next? • January 22-24 School Appraisal Visit (details not yet available) • Parent surveys (10-15 parents, conducted via phone on the 24th ). • Teacher/administatorinterviews • Observations • Monthly meetings for professional development, planning and working on our CAP • CAP revised in the Spring for 2013-2014 (incorporates recommendations from the SAT visit)

What’s up Next? • Oregon Association for Comprehensive Education Conference in Seaside: Equity, Empowerment, Engagement (Site Council invited to Saturday Parent Workshop) January 24-26 • Principal/Coach Meeting with Rudy Crew (Chief Education Officer for the State of Oregon) February 27 • Begin working on our plan (ongoing over the next year)
