  1. Tour Estimation & Billing System . Corporate Estimate

  2. Scope of Module • This module is for only those users who are not directly involved in any of the Project. • Those users who want to create a tour estimate of his center function only but not working in any of the Project can use this module.

  3. How to Access Tour Estimation Software • Open Internet Explore Page. • Enter http://tour.nrserv.com/ in explorer window.

  4. Login Form Enter Your Username & Password. If the user don’t have LoginId and Password to access the TEBS Software ,then click Sign Up Link .

  5. After Clicking the Sign up link , this request window will be open where user has to mention his EmployeeCode and Name and then click send.

  6. Note- • After sending the mail request for creating the Login Id and Password ,user will get a confirmation mail from where he will get his Login Id and password.

  7. User login into the TEBS Software after entering his Login Id and password.

  8. Menu Form After entering username & password menu page will open, now click Corporate Estimate link to create tour estimate

  9. Create Estimates Step -1 Select Project Name Option . By default Week No of coming week will be shown on the web. It can be later changed at the time of estimate submission.

  10. Required fields to be fill by user in the Create Estimate Form : • Present Location : In this field , user enters the name of the location from where the tour will be generate. • Planned Location : In the Planned Location field user enter the name of the planned location . • Approx Distance : Not Mandatory (Distance Between the Present Location & Planned Location). • Account Details : In this field , the Account no. of the user automatically shown on the web & user can also change his account No. • Period :- From : In this field user can change the from date. To : In this field user can change the to date. • LC : In this field user can fill the requested Local Conveyance Amount. • Hotel : In this field user can fill the requested Hotel Amount. • Other : In this field user can fill the requested Other Expenses (i.e. Mobile , Conveyance etc). • TA : In this field user can fill the requested TA Amount. • Total : This field shows the total of all the requested amount of all the requested fields. • Accrued DA : This field automatically shows the DA of the user • G Total : This field shows the total of the field Total & DA. • Remark : In this field user can add any additional information related to the tour request.

  11. Create Estimates Step -2 Click Start Filling estimate. The data will be displayed in tabular format. User have to fill the required info and click Send to MIS option.

  12. Current Status – If the user want to view his current status of tour request then he will click the Current Status Link on the menu page to view the status.

  13. After Clicking the Current Status link from the menu page this current status form will be open where user can check his status after clicking the View Status Link in the Project Columnof this page.
