Cluster meeting 1 steps for effective learning

Cluster Cycle Goal 1: By the end of the cycle, teachers will effectively implement indicators from the TAP Instructional Rubric as measured by leadership team observations of classroom instruction. All teachers will receive their first announced evaluation and will score proficient or above in six out of the eight rubric indicators reviewed during the rubric cluster cycle.

CFA career teacher averages for presenting instructional content is 3.33.

CFA average for lesson structure and pacing is 3.23.

Both will be positively impacted by conscious use of the steps for effective learning.

We’ll also look at how several other rubric indicators are impacted by the steps for effective learning.
