  18. 8. Perspektiv Social kapital et hidtil overset bidrag til BNP. Bibliotekernes bidrag: bevare og opbygge social kapital i Danmark. Vil styrke Danmarks konkurrenceevne i det ny årtusind, fordi vi sparer kontrolomkostninger. Tillid eller kontrol?
