  4. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE Attendance • No more than10 unexcused absences • No more than 10 unexcused tardies Academics / Behavior • 2.0 GPA in academics/conduct • No indoor or outdoor suspensions

  5. LIST OF ACTIVITIES • 8th Grade Trip – Busch Gardens APRIL 17, 2014 • 8th Grade Dinner/Dance – Renaissance Ballrooms May 16, 2014 • Remembrance Ceremony – G. Holmes Braddock Sr. High June 3, 2014

  6. 8TH GRADE TRIP: BUSCH GARDENS Payment • $100 Total Payment (Transportation, T-Shirt, and Park Admission) • $50 Deposit Due Dec. 13, 2013 • Balance of $50 Due on FEB. 28, 2014 • All Payments are Non-Refundable

  7. 8TH GRADE TRIP: BUSCH GARDENS Dress Code: • Field Trip Shirt (must be worn before and during park) • Jeans or shorts (must be appropriate length) • If bathing suit is worn, must be under t-shirt • School appropriate clothing if changing on bus after exiting park

  8. 8TH GRADE DINNER/DANCE($40 DUE APRIL 4, 2014) Dress Code – Gentlemen • Must wear pants (no jeans) • Must wear long sleeve shirt • Must wear a tie • Formal shoes (no sneakers) Dress Code – Ladies Dresses must cover: • Shoulders • Back • Stomach • Cleavage Dress should be comfortable enough to sit, stand, and dance

REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY Dress Code – Gentlemen • Must wear pants (no jeans) • Must wear long sleeve shirt • Must wear a tie • Formal shoes (no sneakers) Dress Code – Ladies Dresses must cover: • Shoulders • Back • Stomach • Cleavage • This is a graduation ceremony, not a dance. Outfits should be appropriate for the event.

DATES TO REMEMBER8TH GRADE • Dec. 13, 2013 – Deposit for Busch Gardens is due ($50) • Feb. 28, 2014– Balance for Busch Gardens is due ($50) • Apr. 4, 2014 – Dinner/Dance fees are due ($40) • Apr. 17, 2014– 8th Grade Trip (Busch Gardens) • May 16, 2014 – 8th Grade Dinner/Dance – Renaissance Ballroom • June 3, 2014 – Remembrance Ceremony – Braddock Sr. High
