Implementation Guide Analysis WG • Volunteer Leads: Ken McCaslin, Hans Buitendijk Action Items/Next Steps • 955 comments were received on the LRI IG • 30% of the 955 comments are likely duplications • 619 comments are negative (65%) • 336 comments are affirmative (35%) • 192 comments have been resolved (20%) • Ballot statistics can be reviewed here • Ballot reconciliation will continue until all comments have been resolved • New meeting times: • Tuesdays: 3:00-5:00PM EDT • Thursdays: 2:00-4:00PM EDT

Validation Suite WG • Volunteer Lead: Robert Snelick Action Items • Delivered for review a draft of the LRI LIS Test Plan • Verification of the first three Test Data HL7 messages • Enhanced and updated the Data Management Spreadsheet of segments, fields and components constrained by LRI IG with the first three test data HL7 messages • Delivered Juror Document prototype Next Steps • Validate the completed Vocabulary spreadsheet (mostly IG-specified HL7 Tables/Value Sets by IG, etc) • Software development of automated Juror Document generator • Complete a draft version of the LRI Validation Suite web application

Pilots WG • Volunteer Leads: Robert Lutolf and Rob Allen Action Items • Updated LRI Pilot Guide • Seven Pilot Ecosystems now scoped • 5 Pilot Ecosystems submitted applications to 2012 HIMSS Showcase • Orientation and Guidance for New Pilots and Pilot Teams • Follow-up on October Face To Face action items Next Steps • Continue Pilot Outreach • Committed Pilots continue work on Pilot Project Brief Wiki page and on completing steps in Pilot Guide
