  1. Electric Circuits Assignment • What does it mean for an object to be negatively and positively charged? When does an electric field form? • Joe seems to think that voltage is the amount of current that flows through the circuit. Is he correct? If not, please write a paragraph explaining the difference between voltage, current and resistance. • Use Ohm’s Law to prove that wet hands could kill you and dry hands might just save your life. • Wet hands resistance = 1000 ohms • Dry hands resistance = 100,000 ohms • Voltage = 120 V • Thresholds for electric current: Tingle (0.001 A), Pain (0.005 A) Loss of Muscle control (0.015 A) Possible Death (0.070 A) • Read Ch. 35.2 (pages 704-707) • Compare and contrast a series and parallel circuit that is using three light bulbs.
