  8. All above problems are due to the oil contamination. The solution to all above types of problem is, to remove oil contamination (carbon) or , Super cleaning of thermic Oil. Oil is a product of hydrocarbon : Thermic oil is used for heat transfer. As oil gets heated, oxidation ration of oil increase, generating carbon as by product. Upon operating the system for certain time period, it becomes necessary to super clean the thermic fluid. Same time is is equally is important to clean the thermic boiler line.

  10. Thermic fluid cleaning Carbon contamination gets stuck on the inside walls of the coil / line resulting less heat transfer & there by increasing the operating cost. To overcome above mentioned problems its absolutely necessary that periodically cleaning & flushing of thermic boiler line is employed. This will increase a life of oil as well as system. We r removes all types of contamination, carbon from used oil & make used oil equilent to NEW.

  11. Mobile oil filter plant Having cleaning capacity of 200 ltr / hr. Its removes all types of contamination & free as well as emulsified water from oil and make used oil equilent to NEW. This machine is used for Thermic oil , Hydraulic oil & turbine oil.

  12. Electro static liquid cleaner ELC is used for super cleaning of Hydraulic oil & turbine oil. Its removes all types of contamination up to 0.01 micron.

Multi purpose oil cleaning machine This machine is multi purpose machine its used for super cleaning of all types of oil like hydraulic oil, thermic oil, turbine oil, quenching oil, compressor oil and many more. Its removes all types of contamination up to 0.25 micron and removes free as well as emulsified water from oil and make used oil equilent to NEW.
