Faculty meeting. April 17, 2012. Be an 11. 11 outfits are increasing and Mini skirts and short shorts are decreasing! Please continue to send students to the office. Ice cream parties went really well and the students were pumped to get their trophies.

  2. Be an 11 • 11 outfits are increasing and Mini skirts and short shorts are decreasing! Please continue to send students to the office. • Ice cream parties went really well and the students were pumped to get their trophies. • Adult presence in the hallways really helps. • Upcoming things to look for: 11 Breakfast, 11 water bottles and other “Bee” awards

  3. Staff Development Day Feedback • Your work will be in your mailbox. • Conclusion statements will continue to be part of our data analysis process. • The boring facts

  4. NYS Assessments • Thanks for all you do to maintain test integrity. • Once again, all materials will be returned to the state for recycling. • All of you should have signed off on the proctoring

  5. HMS Budget Audit • All Money must go into school accounts • This includes all fund-raisers • Linda Steen will be contacting you to set up accounts. Let her know if you want to go first. • We will not have any money in drawers in the safe next school-year. • Training for club advisors will be provided before the end of this school year.

  6. Scheduling Input • Survey coming out Wednesday for grades 7 & 8 Math, ELA, Science and Social Studies • Indicate grade level preference • What will be the best distribution for students and teachers? (aka fair amount of preps) • Other considerations • Grade 6 discussion: Use AE for additional reading and math with common curriculum or add time to Math, ELA, Science and Social Studies and infuse common core in all subjects. Discussion at grade level meeting and a survey will follow the discussion.

  7. Grades • Quarter 3 Grades Due at 3:00 on April 25. • No Extension • At this point in the year, parents should have been contacted(e-mail or phone call) by the teacher if the student is in danger of failing the course. • Quarter 4 Progress Reports due at the half-way point May 16 and are mandatory. Time is flying!!
