From the Independence Blvd. North exit (17B) of I-264 toward the Pembroke area, proceed North on Independence Blvd. three traffic lights to Virginia Beach Blvd. • 2. Turn right on Virginia Beach Blvd. and proceed approximately one (1) mile East on the Boulevard • 3. Turn left onto Stepney Lane and enter the Library parking lot to the left. • Westbound on I-264 • From the Rosemont Road exit, turn right onto Rosemont, and slide left for the left turn lanes for Virginia Beach Blvd. • Turn left onto Virginia Beach Blvd. and proceed approximately one (1) mile West on the Boulevard. • Turn right onto Stepney Lane and enter the Library parking lot to the left. • 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd. • Virginia Beach, VA 23452 • For any last minute assistance, please call Dennis Garcia at (757) 576-8223, or Jeff Brunner at (757) 650-5300 • The library facility is made available to TASC and TGIC at no charge.
