  7. Why are we making the change? Administration will get the desired level of attention that it requires Anticipate efficiencies by function specialization (Administration/Purchasing) Simplify our administrative processes

  8. What impact does this have on me as the customer? Our Goal – Seamless Transition Status quo -No change in status meetings or communication; business as usual May be dealing with new administrators – which is happening now
