The Situation in our church Our Mission Doubled in size in the last 6months with 350 people present across all services on an average Sunday With the increase in size has come an increase in financial giving - our current annualised surplus of income over expenditure is c.£75k We are a church with a big vision. The PCC has a mission-shaped focus. Now is the time to begin turning the vision into action

Goals for Worship in our church Our Mission Foster good community and growth Encourage greater movement from individuals as consumers to participants at all our services Appoint worship band leader to enable continued growth at 6pm Develop monthly Morning Worship as an all age service that appeals to morning and evening service people Encourage corporate prayer life of the church

  6. Goals for Evangelismin our church Our Mission Continue to grow the number of people coming on our Alpha courses Increase pathway of those with young children into the church Grow Sports Ministry as a key pathway into the church Improve links into the church through two Church Fayres Focus on encouraging outreach to men so as to have a better gender balance in the church

  7. Goals for Discipleship in our church Our Mission Aim to have 200 church members in homegroups by 2014 Continue to develop Sunday morning children’s ministry Set up termly Newcomers Vision evenings and informal newcomers lunches Set up Family Matters Group to coordinate and grow all the different family ministries Start a parenting ministry and marriage ministry Put on a successful and significant Church Weekend Away

Goals for Service in our church Our Mission Grow our contribution to serving the homeless in South London Grow our contribution (e.g. with Clapham Methodist Church) to serving those in the nightclubs of Clapham High Street Grow our support for the elderly in the church and the community through weekly Wednesday lunches Grow our overseas link with Sierra Leone Grow our promotion of Environmental Mission

Goals for Operations in our church Our Mission Provide adequate office space for growing staff team Improve reception, security and welcome into church Provide first class audio visual support for all elements of our activity throughout the week Implement plans for renovation and extension of our building
