  3. There are several different areas in this cluster: • Scientific research in laboratories or the field. • Planning and designing of products and systems. • Providing support to the scientists, mathematicians, and engineers so they can do their work.

  4. STEM careers include: • Chemical Engineer • Electrical Engineer • Forensic Scientist • Zoologist • Nuclear Engineer • Computer Software Engineer • Chemist • Nutritionist.

  5. The outlooks for jobs in the STEM cluster are very good for the future. • These are the types of jobs that result in new ideas, new products, and new technology.
