  4. Type of Government/Constitution Poland Name their lawmaking body: Its called National Assembly. It is broken into two groups. The Sejm and the Senate. Bicameral or Unicameral Structure: Bicameral. How many people: Sejm has 460 Members and the Senate has 100.
