Global WOP Alliance Role TECHNICAL terms: Coordination and “follow up” of the Work Plans of each Regional WOP: searching homogenization of the evaluation parameters. validation of possible and acceptable differences. Example: LAC must have objectives beyond those world-wide ones in aspects like potable water and waste water service through house connections. * We urge to do waste water treatment and not only waste water collection; * Clear inclusion of Solid Waste in the ODM, considering the semantic doubt in LAC about the English expression “sanitation”.   13. Global WOP Alliance Role FINANCIAL Terms Search of international donors and more distribution to the Regional WOP, in accordance with the respective Work Plans. Support the water operators’ agreements in case where the receiving operator of the attendance doesn’t have resources to cover the total costs Support part of the capacity building costs of operators when they can’t support the total costs .
