To begin, you can click anywhere on the blank screen to insert text, or you can use your tools and features in the top left hand corner which we will discuss shortly.

  3. Prezi Once you click on the blank Prezi to add text, you have a couple of options. You can change the font, color and positioning of the text as seen here. When you have completed your text and are happy with your font and spacing, click OK. Once you click ok after you have confirmed the text and font, you will see this icon. Here you can increase and decrease the size of your text, by using the + and - To rotate your test click on the outer circle and using your mouse you can turn the font clockwise or counterclockwise. To edit your text click the pencil.

  4. Prezi - Toolbar, Tabs, and Features Here is the toolbar located in the upper left-hand corner of your Prezi. Using this you can write text, insert pictures, links and files. You can insert shapes and lines you draw using the mouse. You can add frames to shape particular slides. Chose the path (presentation order) your prezi will take. You can also choose the template of Colors and fonts for your prezi. This is what you can insert under the ‘insert’ tab circle. A shape, an image (from the internet or uploaded from your computer, a youtube video link, a chart/table, or a file from your hard drive.

Once you have inserted all of your content into the prezi, you can select your path by clicking the path tab. This determines the order in which your information will be shown. To do this, when you click on the 1-2-3 path tab, simply click where on your prezi, in order, you would like the information to be shown. For example, click your title first, click your name second, click ‘question 1’ 3rd etc. You can also edit your order after you have done this by the storyline at the bottom of your prezi.

  6. Prezi – Completing your Prezi Once you complete your prezi quiz and have your quiz questions and answers finalized, click save at the top of your prezi. (it is a good idea to do this multiple times throughout creating your prezi quiz, however it also auto saves.) To zoom in and out on your prezi, use the magnifying glass icons on the right hand of your prezi. To review your entire prezi slideshow, click the tab at the bottom right corner of your prezi. Here you can full screen your prezi, and go through to review and preview your prezi quiz. Make changes as necessairy.

  7. Presenting your Prezi After you save your perzi and exit the draft board. You can view your saved prezi quiz under the tab ‘Your prezis’ Here you can view, edit and share your prezi with others, by using the tabs along the bottom.

  8. GOOD LUCK CLASS - DUE DEC 1st REMINDER- Each group must have a 3 question quiz, based on your 2D shape and lines unit in math, to present to the class using prezi. You can use anything for your questions such pictures, drawings, your own questions/figures (using sticks, toothpicks, clay, playdoh, construction paper, etc..). BE CREATIVE.
