  1. News about CREAM1.6 ALICE TF Meeting 20/05/2010

  2. Sites currently running CREAM1.6 in production • Prague • PSNC • Wuham • Kosice • CCIN2P3 • RRC-KI • SpbSU • ITEP • CREAM1.6 is available in production for gLite3.2 ONLY • Due to some issues found in CREAM1.6 gLite3.1, this version is NOT yet in production • DO NOT try to install this version yet until developers green light

  3. CREAM1.6: Issues • Savannah bug: 67302 • Problems in the trustmanager/util-java are affecting the latest gLite3.2 CREAM1.6 version • It affects at least the users of the IHEP CA who can’t submit to CREAM1.6 • /C=AU/O=APACGrid • /C=IL/O=IUCC • /C=CN/O=HEP • Users of these CAs will not be able to submit to CREAM1.6 • User whose certificates are signed by a non-affected CA can submit jobs without problems to all sites (included Wuham). • There is a workaround that can be applied waiting for the fix • It consists on changing the CA DN in the .namespace file as follows: • File: /etc/grid-security/certificates/ba2f39ca.namespaces • From /C=CN/O=HEP/CN=gridca-cn/emailAddress=gridca@ihep.ac.cn • To/C=CN/O=HEP/CN=gridca-cn/Email=gridca@ihep.ac.cn • CREAM CE 1.5 was using an older version of trustmanager, not affected by this problem
