Recommendations and Results • Interchangeable use of lecture, discussion, demonstration, small group activities, and hands-on activities to meet the curriculum requirements for each course. • Utilize technology, program-specific software and materials directly aligned with curriculum. • MS-CPAS2 preparatory sessions/courses and study guides • Student liability--Provide awards/recognition for successful students, integrate MS-CPAS2 in classroom grade(s). • Increase club/organization participation. • Utilize certifications along with MS-CPAS2. • Well-rounded program--instructors, students, instructional methods, computers, equipment, the classroom, software, and textbooks.

CTE 200(1-3) Course Established • This course will focus on four major areas: Reading Strategies, Understanding Key Testing Terms, Reading Diagrams and an extensive review of the CPAS course blueprint. (CTE 2001= 1sch: 1 hr lecture, CTE 2002=2sch: 2 hrs lecture, CTE 2003= 3sch: 3 hrs lecture) • Methods of Assessment • Weekly practice assessments • Weekly participation • CPAS test completion • Self-study assignments • Grade based on weekly attendance, completion of practice assessments, and completion of CPAS exam.
