The Chinese have spend around 40 BILLION dollars on the making of the Water Cube and The Bids Nest. And I think it has all paid off as the Olympics is always being watched, and Beijing has made some wonderful stadiums which Olympic records have been broken and new ones are set.
The Opening Ceremony
The Olympic ceremony was the only one with that much fireworks, it was a definite blast and the most of the world was watching, and cheering on their country.
